Halloween 2011

I have to be honest... I have never really been a big fan of Halloween. Costumes are so ridiculously overpriced, they're usually so big and bulky that I don't have room to store them, and clubs are way to packed to be enjoyed.

However, I have started to take a liking to the holiday since my boyfriend and I have been hosting a Halloween party for our friends these past two years. And to add to my enthusiasm, I had a few people ask me to do their makeup! So here are some photos of the makeup I did:

I was seriously so tied up doing other people's makeup that I didn't have much time for myself and one of my girlfriends suggested I be a pin-up girl, which was genius since it wouldn't take much time. I had seriously 5 minutes to curl my hair and about 15 to do my makeup. Fastest I've ever gotten ready HAHA Here's some photos of my friend, Johnny, and I. It shows off my makeup pretty well :) I was a pin-up girl... I know what a cheapskate idea! :P Enjoy.

My friend, Cindy wanted to do a photoshoot for her son's 1st birthday, so here are the photos. Cindy is a fantastic mom and just a fantastic person all around. I'm glad I did this shoot because I definitely feel closer to her as well as Logan. Hope you guys enjoy the shots.

Previous Work

I knew I would neglect my blog the moment I started it. I'm sorry! Just been lazy and busy at the same time.  So, I've been doing random makeup gigs, but haven't been taking photos for them, which I should kick myself for because I should be! I had my first wedding job and it was amazing. It was a great experience and I learned a lot for next time. I also did makeup for like 8 girls for a restaurant video shoot. And today I just did my friend's makeup since she was attending a baby shower and wedding both in one day! Tomorrow I'm doing makeup for a friend's photoshoot. I seriously love having days full of makeup application and wouldn't want it any other way.

I just ordered my business cards the other day so hopefully they come in soon. I have a lot of ideas for upcoming blog posts, so stay tuned for those. I promise I will update this thing more often!
